GOODS

Is it possible to try on the goods ?
No. As an online store, we do not have a stone shop or space for trying on the clothes etc.

Can you order me the goods that are not available on web site?
No. The goods are ordered in large amounts, usually half a year in advance.

Can I exchange goods?
→ It is not a problem to change sizes if we have what you need in stock. If you want to do exchange for other goods, better create a new order and send us the unwanted goods back so we will send refund your unwanted goods.

How can I return the goods ?
→ If you want to return the goods, follow the instructions on the page: Return/Exchange of goods.
→ We refund the money for returned goods the moment the goods are delivered and we check it.
→ The refund via the payment gateway takes longer - approx. 7 days. It takes 1 day to return money when transferring money to an account.

Information about product availability?
→ We have current stock on the website - You can see the available number of individual products and their variations in stock. If you are interested in a sold-out product, you can set up a email notification for restock.

ORDER

Can I personally pick up my order ?
No. We are a online store and unfortunately we do not have time for planning personal pick ups.

Can I add items to the placed order ?
→ No - the system is automatic. We do not want to interfere with created orders, as this can cause inventory problems. If you need something else, please, make another order.

How do I cancel my order ?
→ If you wish to cancel a paid/unpaid order, write a note within your order or email us at team@battletested.sk and we will cancel the order and refund your money if necessary.

Is it possible to make a pre-order ?
→ No. You can only make a order for the products we have in stock.

The order contains a damaged product/missing product or contains a product that I did not order.
→ Log in to your account and file a claim on the Request Page. We will contact you about the next step.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

Where can I track my order ?
You will receive the tracking number automatically from the carrier after the courier picks up the orders from us and scans them. Shipments are picked up on working days after 14:00.

What to do if the online card payment failed but the order is created?

If the card payment fails, we will get in touch with you. Possible solutions for failed card payment are:

→ You can repeat the card payment. Link for repeating the failed card payment can be found in your profile in order history. 
→ You can pay by bank transfer, the info was sent to you by email when order was created.
→ We can cancel the order and you can try to make it again. To cancel an order, contact us at team@battletested.sk.

Can you give me advice about gear ?
→ Yes, if you have any questions about gear we stock, email us at team@battletested.sk.

What if my order is too large?
→ If you plan to order a big order, please email us at team@battletested.sk. We will choose a suitable carrier according to the dimensions of package.

Is there a possibility of some form of cooperation ?
We are open to suggestions. Write to us at team@battletested.sk
