VAT

Orders within EU

• Rate of VAT depends on the country where orders will be delivered
  
• By default you see prices with 20% Slovak VAT
• After you set address outside of Slovakia, rate of VAT will automatically change
  
• VAT will be paid to the country where your order was delivered to

VAT Number

• We can send orders without VAT for EU companies outside of Slovakia with valid VAT number
• Orders without VAT can be paid by wire transfer only
• While creating an order, fill billing address and add note that you want us to remove a VAT
• We will check validity of VAT number, remove a VAT and send you corrected payment info
• Orders without VAT can be send only if payment will be received from account of company on billing address

Orders outside the EU

• Orders send outside of EU are send without EU VAT
• VAT will be removed from your order, after you save a delivery address outside of EU
• You will pay your local tax (if there is any) during a custom process in your country
  

CARD PAYMENT ONLINE

• Payment is made through the payment gateway ComGate Payments
• You can pay for your order by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard
• It is also possible to pay via Apple Pay and Google Pay

• The Comgate payment gateway is registered with the National Bank of Slovakia and has been providing services for more than 20 years
• Payments are protected by the Cloudflare system and the payment gateway has a PCI DSS Level1 security certificate

BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFER

• Preferred payment for an international orders
• After you place an order, you'll automatically receive an email with your payment information
• We also send a QR code for easier bank transfer payment
  
• The shipment will be sent after the money has been credited to our account
  
• The payment must be made in the chosen currency

CASH ON DELIVERY

• Available only for Slovak and Czech republic
  
• Payment on delivery costs 1€
• Cash on delivery within Slovakia and the Czech Republic is included in the postage
• Cash on delivery is possible in cash, with card at selected Pick-up points and couriers
  
• The maximum amount of cash on delivery is 500 €, orders with higher amount must be paid by bank transfer
