Small, light and versatile Carinthia Survival Rainsuit Jacket. Thanks to the small pack size the Survival Rain Suit can easily be stored. The jacket is of course waterproof and windproof. The breathable GORE-TEX outer membrane ensures the moisture transport to the outside.

GORE-TEX

GORE-TEX is an extremely thin layer of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE).
Thanks to the GORE-TEX membrane, the jacket is waterproof and breathable.

How the GORE-TEX membrane ensures water resistance and vapor permeability:

• Each square inch of membrane contains 9 billion pores
• Each pore is 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water
• Each pore is 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor
