Delivery Info
- Orders are shipped from Slovakia.
- Orders placed before 1 p.m. are dispatched the same business day.
- Available carriers and exact rates are displayed in the shopping cart.
- DHL Worldwide shipping is possible only for orders up to 5 kg.
- Orders for UK customers are available only for baskets above 200 € up to 3 kg.
Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number once the parcel leaves our warehouse and is scanned by Carrier.
- Detailed tracking becomes available after the parcel is scanned by the courier in the destination country.
Payment
Once the order is submitted an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.
Bank Transfer
- Payment instructions are sent by e-mail after the order is created.
- A QR code for instant payment is displayed right after checkout.
- The parcel is dispatched once we receive the payment (usually within 1 business day).
Online Card Payment
- Processed via ComGate Payments.
- We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Available only for payments in EUR (€).
