OWB holsters for concealed carry are more suitable in the cooler months when more layers and larger clothing are worn. Although it is a low profile holster and fits close to the body, it is harder to conceal in the summer.

The half sweat guard separates the gun from the body and is a protection against sweat and clothing. It also helps guide the gun into the holster more easily.
