Clawgear IFAK Rip-Off Pouch Core is a rip-off IFAK pouch designed to carry essential medical equipment for personal first aid. The rip-off construction allows the pouch to be quickly detached from the mounting platform for immediate access, or tossed to someone who needs it.

The main compartment features internal flat pockets and elastic webbing loops for organized storage of medical supplies. Externally, the pouch includes a front zippered pocket and a dedicated Trauma Shears pocket. The pouch is mounted using a Velcro panel and secured with an additional safety strap with buckle.
