Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount 1L-X is a compact weapon-mounted light designed for rifles, carbines and submachine guns. With an output of up to 850 lumens and 30,000 candela, it provides a beam distance of up to 346 meters, allowing reliable target identification at extended distances while maintaining useful peripheral illumination.

The light features a multi-fuel power system that allows operation with a rechargeable SL-B9 Li-Ion battery or a single CR123A lithium battery. This gives the user flexibility between rechargeable convenience and field-replaceable batteries.

Activation is controlled by a tactical push-button tail switch that allows both momentary and constant-on operation. The design focuses on simplicity and reliability without the need for a remote pressure switch.

The TEN-TAP programmable system allows the user to choose between three operating modes: High/Strobe, High Only or Low/High depending on mission requirements. The housing is constructed from machined 6000 series aluminum with a military-grade anodized finish.

The light mounts directly to a Picatinny rail and is also compatible with M-LOK mounting systems. The construction is extensively tested and rated IP67 for dust and water protection.
