Return of Product

  • Returns are accepted within the 14 day since delivery
  • Returns are possible only for new not used products
  • When returning, deliver the products unused, in the original box and with all accessories.
  • Returns are possible only to bank account in eur
  • Money will be transfered to your bank account as soon as I inspect, that product was not used
  • We return a full price of product without a shipping fee.

Waranty Claim

  • Warranty claims are accepted within 24 months
  • When returning, deliver the products with all accessories
  • We will complete warranty claim in 30 days since delivery

How to proceed with Return / Complaint / Exchange

  2. Select request type (Exchange / Return / Complaint).
  3. Find your order.
  4. Create a request.
  5. Select the products that are relevant to your request.
  6. Enter the details of your request.
